Hamlib is a open source library that can control: radios,antenna rotors, power amplifiers,antenna tuners.

A scenario or scene is that there’s a storm forecast with the average wind direction coming in from southwest, and windspeed above 40 km/t.
Home assistant then engages the Ham IV rotator and turns the antenna in the average wind direction or 90 degrees facing the wind broadside.

Another, depent on the aprs integration:
If the aprs transmitter sends out a message that contains:
QRV ( that’s radioamateur lingo for: I’m listening at this frequency) 146.520 MHz.
and is within a 20 km radius circle, optionally tune a radio to that frequency.

This isn’t something that HA Core is likely to do.
Find or build a custom Integration or Add-on to handle niche tasks like this.
