very new to HA. bought HA Green a month ago. Have personal domain. all system software up to date -- core-2026.6.4, HAOS type. even using 2026 Beta --HA OS 18.0. now I want to set up personal wake word. all the guides tell me to setup voice to text input pipeline and text to voice. i am told to load this app, that integration. but then i cannot find them. so the bots says that those are not yet integrated in HA 2026. or they say the browser interface [Edge on win 11] is not up to date. now it says I am running 'apps only version' whatever is that and I cannot get Wyoming apps, Pipelines, Advanced Mode. In any event i am stuck. please advise: Do i go to the Beta? when do we expect all of that to hit Beta? OR do I go backwards to 2025? or give up for 6 months?
The 'bot' is telling me that HA is running in safe mode despite no signs saying safe mode. i was instructed to enter url: http://192.168.1.106:8123/hassio/system but this only produced error message 404. the bots are saying that the 'frontend is corrupted' ... does this sound plausible? is there somewhere to check for errors in config files, etc. ? when i poke around in settings everything looks fine. ps ... yes i do have voice devices ... Alexa Echo, and an M5stack mic and spkr i am waiting to integrate after i get the voice stuff sorted.
If you mean AI, then it will have some newer specifics wrong. If you need help and are using AI, always tell it that things have changed recently and to SEARCH THE WEB before proffering advice.
