Hi.
Just got my Home assistant green and tried to install it. The only thing showing is a log on screen, eventhough i dont have a user? And where do I create one??
Note: I unpacked it new, connected it to power, removed power and pluged in power again.

You just enter a user name and password. The user will then be created.
Reading the docs will help here.

When reading the docs it’s telling you that on first start you’ll get a window telling you to create a user. This is not the case for me though, only thing I got was the log in screen.
Did you ever had another HA instance, which you used the app to connect to ?, in that case try from a browser, after delete all caches (anyways try from a browser)
I’ve tried using the web browser as well, and also cleared all cache, with the same result.
I also tried resetting it by unplugging the cable and holding down the button on the back until the yellow light comes on, but I still get the same result.
Is there any way to fully reset this completely?
When looking at the startup procedure you’re suppose to be greeted by a onboarding screen which I haven’t. Just a log in screen.
