[RESOLVED] Unable to logout when Unauthenticated

I upgraded my Proxmox server yesterday, and after the upgrade I could no longer connect to Home Assistant on iOS. I also experienced a similar issue on my desktop, where I had to use the .local address to connect.

To resolve that, I cleared my ip_bans.yaml file and restarted Home Assistant. After doing so, my desktop connection worked again and re-authenticated properly using the DNS address.

However, on my iOS devices I still receive a “You are unauthenticated” message. When I go to Settings, I can see my server, but “Logged in as” is blank. I can’t find any option to log out.

Previous posts mention clicking on your profile and scrolling down to find a logout option, but in my case the Profile option does not appear because Home Assistant isn’t fully loading. The only option available to me is to delete the server and reconfigure it.

Anyone else seen this issue before?

I was able to solve my problem. I disabled IP bans in my configuration.yaml and I disable the Folding@Home add on. Then I deleted the profile on my Phone, add a server, auto discovery worked and then I was able to login and things worked. I was able to repeat this process on my wife’s phone.
