I am really new to HA and would love to get some help/feedback on what I am trying to do. I have been able to create a custom wake word that I have working with M5Stack C008-C ATOM ECHO SMART SPEAKER DEV KIT. I bought the HA Voice Preview as well. I think I’m understanding that both of these devices utilize wake words differently. For the Atoms i have the streaming wake word engine working with my custom word. I tried with the help of AI to get the Preview working but i think i just don’t understand enough to realize that it works in a different manner. My issues are this i really am looking for better microphone response so i can convince my family to use voice but its hit or miss. Again, I;m an IT guy buy day but started experimenting with Proxmox late last year and now have move into HA and I love what it can do.
Just looking for insight and any configs people may be able to share? I’ve looked into the respeaker lite too, just trying to get a better voice experience in HA local
