Restore/backup

Hello Guys,

i need help! i have a lot of work in home assistant, but i lost everything. i have a backup in the nabucasa cloud, but i don’t have the security key. After a crash i had to reset the home assistant grean unit again, and it doesn’t accept this key anymore? is there a way to reset it, or is it completely impossible?

That is what we call… start over.

The boot device in the Home Assistant Green is, I think, a micro SD card. You might be able to get the config folder and subfolders if you put the SD card into a USB card adapter then mount it on a Linux system.
