Retry count exceede installing 15.0 on RpI 3b+

Hi,

Bitten by the update 14.2 → 15.0 problem, I decided to do a fresh install of 15.0 (I’m new to HA, so, apart from the Connect ZBT-1 I bought, nothing is connected to it yet). Started the pi with the image on a sd-card, the pi starts the haos, but then wants to download several files. It sees the network connection at the expected ip-address.But for each file it reports, after showing 10 T’s, Retry count exceeded: starting again.
After several files processed this way, it shows the ha> prompt, but apparently the webserver is not started: I get a ERR-ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE when trying the start a client. The same message I got after upgrading from 14.2 to 15.0

Same problem here after the update.

but I can’t ping it.
I also don’t have a monitor to connect to my Pi so can’t see what’s happening.
How to solve the problem with only a Pi, a Windows laptop (and internet) ?

I can ping it for as long as the rpi tries to download the files, after that the network connection is lost. I get the ha> prompt, but I can’t enter commands: no reaction on keyboard entry.

Solved it with a new SD card and some software from Paragon to read my ‘old’ SD card on my Windows laptop. Could copy/paste the old files to the new card.
