Rich notification will send an image but can't load it

Hi!
I’ve been working on this on and off for days and can’t seem to figure out this last part, any help is greatly appreciated!
Trying to figure out rich notifications sent directly to my phone and it will send, I can see the image on the preview panel but when I click the link it brings me to the last page HA was on, not the picture.

I beleive that your notification URL needs to be a fully qualified path. (ie https://…) and also accessible from the notified device.
