When I created my home alarm system I have used the Synchronize Ring Alarm Keypad v2 with Alarmo blueprint so I never experienced the problem because I just disarm Alarmo and the blueprint disarms the keypad and the sound stops.

Is that use case (not syncing with an alarm system like Alarmo or custom setup) needed where you need to run the police alarm?
Does commanding they keypad to run a different sound stop it?
