Really onboard with native OAuth / OIDC support. Self-hosted authentication seems to be growing in popularity in the homelab world and only really offers benefits in my eyes (obviuosly except for the setup of an OAuth / OIDC service).
What makes this disappointing is that the roadmap was actually a very good idea. It gave the community a clear direction, and it helped people understand what improvements were supposed to come next.
The problem is that a roadmap also creates expectations. When several of the announced features still have not arrived, it is hard not to feel disappointed. And these are not small things, they are features that many users would really find useful.
That is also why I feel a bit concerned about the future. With no 2026 roadmap and no “Month of What the Heck?”, it gives the impression that it has been abandoned
