I’m thinking in buying a vacuum robot and i found that the Roborock QV 35 A could suits me well.
But on the HA intregration Roborock page, there is a note about the Q series not compatible with home assistant.
The thing is that, i can’t find out if the QV 35 A is part of the Q series or not. Some people on the web said that they were able to use it whit HA, some said they weren’t. So i am kind of lost.
If anyone have more info on this, i would appreciate
I bought the Q 35 and am having trouble getting the integration to login. Apparently there is a github post saying the Q series authentication is different and hasn’t been cracked yet. The person on that blog needs vital i for to essentially reverse engineer a solution… it kay be some time. I do have to look for the github page.
Little late to the party, but can I ask how you added this one? I tried the matter (Official Roborock doesn’t see it) integration but that gives far less sensors than this dash shows.
Never mind. After adding it as a Matter device, and perhaps a reboot, reactivating the Roborock integration saw it as well.
I am too a little bit confused by the Roborock Integration docs stating that the Q series devices are not compatible with Home Assistant.
The official Roborock Page for Q Series clearly states that QV 35A is part of the Q series, but it seems that people have no issues integrating it in Home Assistant. Weird.
