I have a Roborock S7 Max Ultra (roborock.vacuum.a65) and am using the official integration.
The integration has a sensor called: “Water Shortage” that always says: “Problem” I think this is because it is looking for a water box on the robot itself (this robot does not have one - the water both clean and dirty is in the dock).
Is there any way for me to get the clean water level and dirty water levels from the dock? I do not see sensors in the dock device for this.
Official ha integration for roborock have all states that cloud have as it pull it from the could as i know.
So you can get clean water tank empty or waste water tank full as notification in ha if you configure it to send you those notifications.
What does the Water box attached sensor report? If that reports a “bad” (unavailable, unknown or problem) state, then the Water Shortage sensor is useless with your dock.
