Hello Guys,

I’m not sure if it’s the right categroy.
Anyway, yesterday i got my smart meter device.
I asked the technician if the customer interface is working, he just said no. He meant that the grid operator hasn’t the infrastructure at the moment. So it’s like the old energy meter. The device itself shows as date 23rd of april 2022 and time also something stupid. My question now is, is the interface really not working or will it just be complicated to use because the different date & time?

I think the device itself doesn’t care if the grid operator is ready or not, the interface should always be ready to use. The only thing that could be is that it is encrypted.

Someone has some experience with it?
