Samsung Induction Cooktop does not report energy usage in Home Assistant?

I have a NZ36K7880US Induction Cooktop connected to Home Assistant via SmartThings integration.

As you can see in the image above, it has sensors for Energy and Power. But the sensors are always “Unknown” and never report any data.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Sounds like it could be an issue to report up.

I would double verify you are integrated correctly and followed all the DOCs, and if it still is a problem, then…
