I have tried to find the solutions on here and many other platforms but I am still unable to resolve the issue.
Previously, I managed to add my TV through auto discovery to my HA. However, for some reason in the last 1 month, it had an error that I now am unable to remember. I deleted it and tried to add it back, but kept receiving the below error, no matter what I do.
I have followed the message and check the External Devices Manager but saw nothing that says HA related. I even tried the reset Smart hub option on the TV but I am still unable to do so.
The only HA entity I now can see is in relation to casting, that’s all. Is there something that I am missing or any solutions to this?
