i have a Samsung TAB A8 (SM-X200) and i have been using it as a walldisplay. i have been struggling with Wi-Fi connection being dropped saying unable to connect or wrong password. after i toggle on/off the airplane mode it connects straight away until it breaks again (this lasts sometimes hours, sometimes a day or so, its not always the same time)
I have been trying different options to display the dashboard: Fully Kiosk, Dashie, and Home assistant companion app.
I have the issue with all of them, home assistant being the first to loose connection. dashie seems to be the one that lasts longer.
i have been doing severall tests, created a 2.4Ghz only network with the tablet, fixed IP, fixed mac address and the issue still continues. anyone have faced this issue before?
this does not happen with other apps. i have made a test with a youtube video and without anything open and the wifi does not drop.
