had purchased a sav rem 1000 as a kit from a seller online assuming it would work because it was advertised as previously working but now when i attempt to set it up the savant app does not recognize the host or the remote i have contacted the company for help they said contact your integrator i told them it was sold as a kit they provided no help what so ever But i found a new York state law stating that their software isn’t intellectual property and that I’m entitled to it to repair my device but they still wont help after i sent them an email stating that no help again. Right now i am at a stand still right now and have no were to turn to and i am wondering what other ways i can gain access to the software if at all i am also open to getting a newer host once they provide me the necessary software needed to program my equipment any ideas?

That product line has long been discontinued. Even is your were able to side load the old app somehow, the cloud service it would need to connect to, is no longer active.
