Saving lighting states (SnapShot)

Hi everyone,

I have a question about saving lighting states.

Is there a way in Home Assistant to create a snapshot of the current lighting setup?

For example, I’d like to set several white lights to specific brightness levels, and a few RGB lights to certain colors and brightness values, and then save that entire setup as a kind of “preset” that I can trigger with a single button.

To clarify:

I’m not looking to manually create a scene and enter each light and its settings one by one. Ideally, I want to configure the lights once, save their current state, and then have a button that restores that exact state.

Is this possible? And if so, how can it be done?

Thanks!

You can create a scene on the fly by just providing the entities
