Scent Assistant - Control your scent/aroma diffusers via Bluetooth or WiFi

:herb: Scent Assistant - Control your scent/aroma diffusers via Bluetooth or WiFi

Hey everyone! :waving_hand:

I’ve created a custom integration for Home Assistant that lets you control scent and aroma diffusers - either via Bluetooth (fully local, no cloud needed) or WiFi/Cloud.

:package: Supported Devices

Works with diffusers that use the Aroma-Link or Aroma Buddy app, including:

  • JCloud diffusers
  • Aroma-Link diffusers
  • Cavir Smart Scent Air Machines
  • AromaPlan diffusers
  • Crearoma diffusers
  • ShinePick QT-I300
  • and likely many more using the same apps

:satellite_antenna: Two connection options - your choice

  • Bluetooth - Fully local, no account needed, all features including fan control
  • WiFi/Cloud - Via Aroma-Link cloud API, no Bluetooth required

:video_game: What you can control

  • Power on/off
  • Fan on/off (Bluetooth only)
  • Start & end time
  • Work duration (spray time) & pause duration
  • Full scheduling via set_schedule service for automations

:inbox_tray: Install via HACS

Add as custom repository: https://github.com/mr-sparks/scent-assistant

Or check out the full documentation on GitHub :star:

If you have one of these diffusers, I’d love your feedback! Please report working devices or issues on GitHub. :folded_hands:

Hey there! I was just about to jump into trying to get the Aura Home diffuser to work. It's a simple bluetooth-only system, I'll see if it uses the same protocols and timers (intensity, for example, is defined on that system how much on and off spray it runs in a given minute). Just forked and will let you know!

Is it possible to integrate ASAKUKU wifi aromatic diffusers? They are very good products and work with TUYA but don't integrate into HA. As far as I know not even with LocalTuya. Would be amazing. Thanks in advance!

This is awesome! Any chance you could add support for VineVida devices (specifically the plug in)? I have it and can send you log files if needed. The vinevida app is identical to the scent marketing app. It will currently connect to the device, but doesn’t operate correctly.
