Scraping TOU pricing per kWh from utility (Xcel)

Hi all – I have a time of use (TOU) plan from Xcel Energy. They post pricing for summer/winter on their website (TOU Residential Pricing)

I’ve never built a scraping sensor, having trouble here – not sure what to do. Is there anyone that can help out? Looking to grab summer/winter off-peak, peak, mid-peak pricing into separate sensors. Much appreciated!
