Scroll wheel not working in drop-downs in Firefox

In Firefox, drop-down selection boxes will not scroll with the scroll wheel. Pages scroll fine, just not boxes. Other websites work fine, even the “Topics” drop-down on this page.

> UPDATE: The Logitech Set Point extension for Firefox was the problem.

I don’t believe that has ever been a feature. You can request it be added by posting a frontend feature request here: home-assistant · Discussions · GitHub

It scrolling in a drop-down works when I use the Chrome browser or Microsoft Edge, so it isn’t a missing feature in HA.

I found it. The Logitech Set Point Firefox extension is apparently incompatible with the way those boxes were written in HA. Deleting that extension fixed the problem.

That’s probably why I’ve never seen it. I use FireFox.

EDIT: Nope. Just tried Chrome. Does not work there either. Up and down arrows move the select option but scroll moves the scrollbars for the whole window.

I use firefox on linux, Type c or e to see those menus, they scroll all day long with the scroll wheel.

Now try it with an input_select.

So like in a dashboard. The whole screen scrolls.

Yup. That’s the issue.
