Secure Remote Access - Best Method? What Am I Not Understanding?

In your example you have to open port 8123 to be able to access Home Assistant.

I was talking about the DuckDNS add-on itself that does not need any ports (like 80 or 443) opened to be able to update your IP and/or create your certificates. :slight_smile:
