Security Cameras - Yes, again

Hi All,
Yes, I am bringing up this topic yet again, because well mainly every scenario/application is different. I have read numerous posts and watched several YouTube videos, but none seem to answer the question that we all have, “What is best for my situation.” It seems all the cameras have their strengths and weaknesses. Then there is the storage of the video/stills taken. OMG! Endless options and configurations. So yes, I am asking again. Not so much for what brand is the best, but what setup would you recommend for my use case?

I live in a neighborhood, small lot, detached garage with house sitting behind in a courtyard fashion.
What I need/want:

  1. 1 camera on garage pointing at the driveway. The main threat in this area is car vandalism.
  2. 2-4 cameras inside the courtyard area keeping watch on the house perimeter. Back of the house beyond the fence is a utility easement, so an open field.
  3. Night detail is important (am open to IR flood).
  4. Prefer POE, but will have to run ethernet to the garage for that one camera (about 50 feet/17 meters; considering Unify Bridge).
  5. No cloud service if at all possible.
  6. I have the hardware to run Blue Iris or Zoneminder, but would like things integrated into HA.
  7. Would prefer to have 24/7 low-res recording, but have a high-res record during motion/person detection or sensor activation.
  8. Ability to alert me on my phone if detection occurs with a snapshot of detection. Same ability if say a window sensor is activated.

My network is Edgerouter 4, Ubiquiti 24 switch, 2 AC Pros. Still trying to get the bugs worked out with separate VLANs and I am new to all this HA stuff. Former programmer so yaml and json not foreign to me.

Thanks for taking the time to at least read this.
