I want to build out a security system using a touchscreen of some kind 7" or greater to be able to control entry, exit, numeric keypad, etc. Could be wi-fi wireless or wired ethernet. Do you recommend that I repurpose a small used tablet or purchase something new. Could be wall mount or desk stand. What kind of software would I use to construct the display output?
