Selectable colors for the calendars in CalDAV

Hi,

would be great if the functionality could be added to be able to select a color for each calender in the calender overview. The calenders are added with the CalDAV integration and e.g. with a baikal server.

Currently the color is automatically set and can not be changed (Only on/off to hide a specific calendar). Therefore this would be a good improvement.
