I tried to include some new sensative Strips guard 800 (z-wave) but inclusion does not work. it sems that they are some difficulties do to SDK in the actual Firmware version, can anybody confirm? Seems to be a problem with 800 devices.
Hi, I have no issue including other 800 devices so there is not a generic issue. I do remember these strips to be a pain to include doing the right sequence with the magnets to do so. First try to do a full device reset on the strip and then try again. With an 800 device you are probably best off to use smartstart. You do not describe the steps you took, but in my expereince is going back to square one is the best option if it failed a few times.
