Okay, you may have it working now but have a look at this blueprint :high_brightness: Smart Light. It is designed for what your doing. In the Smart Light blueprint follow this

  1. Use sun elevation as the trigger and set your lights to 10%. You also have other triggers you could choose but up to you.
  2. Use night lights and use the entity state option in Night Lights Settings then use your motion sensor as the Night Lights - Entity State.
  3. Set your night lights to 90%.
  4. In Night Light Control also select
    • If lights are ON, adjust the lights when crossing over
    • Use cross over time delay from night lights to normal lights
  5. In Cross Over - Time Delay set it to 1 min.

Your all done!
