I cannot access my HA UI from my laptop (MacOS) nor form my iPhone after I upgraded the HA Core 17 and 2026.2.1. In the home assistant observer the system appears healthy and connected but in the App settings (not the UI but the settings I can access after a login fails it looks like I am still on 2026.1.3). Then I tried to reset my Green and reinstall the whole system by shutting it down and pulling the plug and keeping the restart button pressed while inserting the power plug until the yellow light goes on (as described in the manual for the HA Green). But this didn’t re-install a fresh system. Instead it hangs up and loads forever. I have backups stored on a separate drive which I could use to reinstate my old setup. But as said not even that works. How can I re-install a fresh new system or go back to a previous version? I am really irritated about HA that I cannot start over with a fresh system. This is really not well done.
Ok, I just read in another thread that the Entso-e integration may be the cause for this error (not again, please). Stupid question: how can I fix this without having access to the UI? How can I access HA Green from my Macbook?
Try restart in safe mode
I have exactly the same issue after upgrading. It load forever. The app skeeps loading data (notification). I tried restoring with CLI but that didnt work. I’m pretty stuck. Any tips?
after restarting in safe mode: “ha core restart --safe-mode” i get the following error: Post http://supervisor/core/restart": context deadline exceeden (client timeout awaiting headers)
Mine crashed with the entso-e integration as well. There is a post on the entso-e (allready in the closed section) that explains how to recover
