I just installed a Sunricher SRP-ZG9105N-36CC350-1050 and hooked it to Zigbee2MQTT with no problems, beside one - the dimming range is off, my true range is around 30-95%.
Is there anyway to define new “end stops” so I can utilize the full 0-100 range?
I don’t own one, so my advice is purely based on a quick google search.

Thank you for doing that. This is what I see in the app, and I’ve tried to adjust the “Min current consumption” up to 20% with no change.
There’s a dimming curve option right there in your screenshot (4th entry).
Revert the change you did on Min current consumption, then play around with the Dimming curve option
