Setting the time on my thermostat

I’m installing a MCOEMH7H-WH2 thermostat. There is one annoyance though. Although the thermostat sets its time when it joins my z-wave network and can update its time if I reinterview it, it doesn’t seem to regularly update its time. This is annoying when we move into or out of daylight saving and when when the internal clock drifts.

Within Z2M I see that I can set a parameter called:

Time Parameters v0

[8-139-0-dateAndTime] dateAndTime (property)

But I can’t seem to work out what to put in here to set the time. Maybe this doesn’t do what I’m assuming.

Does anyone know what value to put in here?

You can’t currently set that value from the UI, it requires a Javascript Date object. See this issue.
