Hello all,
I’m very new to Home Assistant as I received my Home Assistant Green only this week. Unfortunately, since then I am unsuccessfully trying to integrate my Homematic IP Cloud into the system. I do not receive any error message after entering my Access Point ID (SGTIN) + PIN (which I verified must be Ok because I changed it in the Homematic IP App). I click “Ok” and the blue button on the Access Point multiple times, I tried it several times this week on multiple Browsers (Chrome, IE, Firefox) and on multiple computers and in the iOS App - I never receive any error message but it simply does not progress when clicking “Ok”.
Am I missing something? What can I do?

PS: I also opened an issue on GitHub (Link: Homematic IP Cloud integration not working · Issue #138847 · home-assistant/core · GitHub) but maybe somebody can help me here.
I checked the log files and see the following message:
2025-02-21 08:28:19.557 DEBUG (MainThread) [.] Connection to HomematicIP Cloud established
Does anybody know if the message means the import was apperently successful and the SGTIN + PIN were successfully processed/accepted by Homematic IP API? If so, why does the window not proceed and apperently nothing happens after clicking the “Ok” Button?
