Setting up new old-stock Yellow - install stalls

I decided to actually use the Yellow that I got when they came out (and take the docker off the NAS that I'd been using). However, it gets stuck during the setup - it does bring up the web page to the 'Preparing Home Assistant' but stays there. Hardware version is 1.2. This is not the kit version.

The logs end up with:

Also, I've power-cycled a few time to see if that'd clear it up. It does have internet as it pulls down some packages before that one.

I tried looking at ghcr-dot-io/home-assistant-yellow-homeassistant ; the latest tag is 2026.06.4 rather than 2026.6.4. Perhaps this is the issue?

Installation will take longer than you think, but if you interrupted it in the middle of initial installation, all bets are off. https://support.nabucasa.com/hc/en-us/sections/24979689823901-Troubleshooting

Yeah, I let it sit overnight. Just loops on not finding the image. I looked through the support sections prior to posting. I have local access (can get to homeassistant.local), it seems to have external internet access because it downloaded other items prior to hitting the not found.

I tried resetting a couple more times, still no joy. I then tried reinstalling the Home Assistant Operating System using the USB stick method at Reinstall the Home Assistant Operating System on Raspberry Pi CM4 – Nabu Casa Support. This did the trick and I'm up and running.

My guess is that the original copy of the HAOS that came on my very early Yellow box wasn't compatible with the latest updating scripts.
