Settings instead of Configuration after 2022.5 update?

After updating to 2022.5, the Configuration has been replaced by Settings. For the life of me, I cannot find Server Control option. Where is HA restart? I could find only entire VM restart. Where is reload section to reload automations etc.?

Restart has been moved to the YAML tab of the Development Tools section. You should see it in the bottom right corner of the “Configure Validation” pane.

It seems like a weird place to put it especially since most “validations” occur right before a restart. I guess there is still a “restart” option there so it works.
