The problem: When I click the magnifying glass in Settings (or press Ctrl+K), the quick bar dialog opens but the box is completely empty — no search field, no results, nothing. Just a blank dark box. Closing and reopening it doesn’t help.
What I’ve confirmed:
- Reproducible in both Chrome and Microsoft Edge, so it’s not a browser or cache issue
- HA itself is running fine — automations, entities, everything else works normally
- Three frontend resources loaded via HACS/custom: Bambu Lab cards, Battery State Card, Mushroom — all load successfully (verified the JS files return 200)
- No relevant errors in the HA Core logs
- HA version 2026.4.1, HAOS 17.2
What I haven’t pinned down: I’m not certain exactly when it started — I don’t use the quick bar very often, so I can’t tie it to a specific change.
What I’m looking for: Anyone seen this before? Is there a known fix, or a way to force the frontend to rebuild/reload the quick bar component without a full reinstall?
