Shelly blu rc button 4 zigbee Mode

I recently bought two Shelly Blu RC Button 4 ZB devices and wanted to use them via Zigbee. I managed to connect them to Home Assistant via Zigbee, but it’s not showing up as four buttons. Buttons 1 and 3 are sending an “On” event, and buttons 2 and 4 are sending an “Off” event.

The battery level is displayed, and identification works.

I’m completely new to this, so I don’t know where I’m going wrong.

Edit:

The Zigbee device is somehow connected to the one shown in the following image.

When I press a button on the Shelly Blu RC Button 4 ZB, only one event occurs in the Zigbee device (As seen in the first picture) , and a separate button press triggers in BTHome (As seen in the second image).

If anyone else has this problem, the Bluetooth Home device appeared in the device list after some time, and I added it. I have no idea if this is an intended workaround/fix, but it worked for me.

I had the same problem with the Shelly BLU RC Button 4 US ZB; when I paired it with HA OS using Zigbee the device produces one press event no matter which of the 4 buttons is pressed.

Then I paired it with HA via BTHome and now the 4-buttons are working perfectly. I get different trigger signals from each button for single press, double press, triple press, and hold press; 16 total triggers.

Also, make sure you’ve updated the Shelly firmware to 1.7.4 as this version added BTHome support for the BLU RC Button 4 ZB.
