Shelly EM won't stay in HA

Hello, as per title, I have 2 Shelly EMs devices. One is correctly configured via Core Integration and gives no problems, the other one on each restart of HA gets lost and I need to re-add it again if I want to read data. From Shelly App no problems.

Add a reserved or static ip address in your router for the Shelly devices

Done it already, same ending.

Btw, to the first Shelly I installed two years ago without reservation, it never needed it also now it has normal dhcp release and HA gets it without problems.
