Shelly H&T Gen3 cannot configure - get "Failed to connect"

I cannot integrate a shelly H&T Gen3. It is discovered, but when I try to configure it, I cannot connect with admin/password.

  • The password is correct.
  • The shelly is on “Set AP” mode when trying.
  • Shelly has a fixed IP. tried using MQTT but did not help.
  • Manually entering the IP (instead of trying to configure what it discovered) made no difference
  • Cloud is not enabled

Any ideas?
