I have installed a shelly 1pm and connected it to my internet at home. However when I turn it on it works fine but if I try and turn it off it says device offline.
Does anyone experience the same problem?

Did you figure this out? I am having a similar problem with a shelly 1pm. It works fine for a couple of days, then randomly goes MIA. I have to unplug/plug it in again and it comes back immediately.
