Hi, for anybody’s benefit, here are a high resolution photo of the “new” Shelly plug AZ, which seems a gen 2 or 3 pre-locked to your amazon account (can’t confirm that, I never powered it before going medieval on it). As previous Plug v2, it seems impossible to disassemble without destroying it (the two plastic parts are glued in thee points). On the bottom are the power of the PCB are the metering chip, relay and power supply part.

Doesn’t sound “pre-locked” device:
“It can work standalone in a local Wi-Fi network or it can also be operated through cloud home automation services and Amazon Alexa.”
