Hi all,
I’m experiencing inaccurate power consumption readings with my three Shelly Plug S Gen3 devices in Home Assistant. After running a max 10W load for just one hour, Home Assistant displays a consumption of 1.24 kWh, which is significantly higher than expected. For comparison, the Shelly Cloud platform correctly shows the actual consumption as 3.37Wh for the same period.
This discrepancy suggests there might be a unit conversion issue or configuration problem between the Shelly devices and Home Assistant. I’m using the official Shelly integration in Home Assistant, not Matter.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem or can suggest where to look for a solution? Could this be related to how the integration interprets the energy data from these specific Gen3 models?
