I am experiencing an issue with the new Shelly Power Strip 4 Gen4 (model S4PL-00416EU) when used with Home Assistant OS (version 2026.1.1).
Two of the outlets appear to be mapped incorrectly in HA.
In the Shelly App / Web UI , each outlet is correctly labeled and behaves as expected with the correct power consumption.
In Home Assistant , however, the entities for “Deumidificatore” and “Microonde” are swapped: the status and power readings of these two channels are inverted, even if I’ve delete the device and load it again.
I’ve tried to remove the device and add it again in HA but the issue is not resolved.
I’m using the Shelly integration that in case of other devices is working well.
