Shelly xl display

I just bought a few days ago a Shelly xt display, i tried to install Home Assistant but the display always give
403 forbidden.
After 2 days i discovered that there was an Shelly app, now i saw that Shelly had to be authenticated, and now i saw a Shelly device on my Home Assistant and i even install a new people > Shellyxt but the display stays with 403 forbidden. What must be set up on Home Assistant or on the Shelly display?

i noticed, when i changed ip adres on unifi, the first time i start Shelly xl there is a login screen from HA but i can not put in user and password.

This is the normal screen everyone here has! on a PC or Mac!!!

And this is the problem! A Shelly wall display, as told! i can not login as there are no inputs!! for the User Name and Password! Come on Guys! What went wrong? i only got Ip_bans and again ip_bans.yaml, but nowhere a screen to login? Why?

Who Knows the place where i can put this for the Programmers of Home Assistant.
