Shelly3EM loses connection

Installed on Raspberrypi 4.
had a Shelly3EM integrated, worked for 1 week, after restart no connection to the shelly, then integrated the device, searched again with IP, password username, no connection possible.

It works with homeassistant via Docker on DS1821+

I assume you can connect to the shelly using web browser?

i can connect in the web browser,
now i change CoIoT with the IP and Port from the home-assistant the same no connection.

add integration in HA and input ip and port in HA from Shelly and then comes the Window User + Password and then comes : connection failed

Check:

if the device and HA server are in the same VLAN (if you’re using VLANs)
if the firewall of the server running HA allows CoIoT packets

I don’t have a different VLAN but the problem was the Dlink switch in the LAN, only a few functions like DoS Attack Prevention are activated there, maybe that’s the problem.
Now I’ve switched the HA to WiFi and now it works, but the connection between the HA and the Shelly is also via the switch
