What is the state of 2023 of showing image/video notifications, picture in picture style on for example Nividia Shield or generic Android TV? The pipup is extremely old and abandoned, and from what I understand Android actually support PiP.
So is it any better, and/or more integrated ways to do this that does not require extremely outdated apps? AppleTV got this nailed with for example doorbell notifications builtin, but Andorid TV is more of a question.
