I just installed sigenery battery and hybrid inverter and my supplier has enabled Modbus TCP but I can’t install sigenery in my HA. I get the error message “can not connect”.
Anyone have any suggestions on what I can do?

Can you ping the device? Are you using VLANs? Firewalls?
No it does not ansver on ping. not using vlan and no firewall exept windows firewall
But you can access it through an app, so you are sure it’s actually connected to your network?
Which HA integration are you using?
Yes I can access it via the app and it is there Isee ip.adress, Where can I see Which HA I am using? I think it is the last version.
Now have I found HA version
