Hi,
Cannot get any Z wave devices connected.
Trying Aeotec Multisensor 6 x 2. Neither will connect.
New installation of HA(10.2) on Pi4.
Turned off Bluetooth on Pi4
(dtoverlay=disable-bt
enable_uart=1)' in boot/config.txt
Looks configured in UI. Have updated firmware to latest version.
Unlikely to be Aeotec devices both failing (brand new). Have reset these devices also. No luck.
So its the USB stick. Any help?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

You don’t need to disable bluetooth to use USB controllers.
Check the controller’s region and power settings in Z-Wave JS UI and make sure they are set correctly.
Make sure the USB stick is plugged into a short USB extension cord, not plugged in directly.
Did you try a power cycle ? remove power from your HA box…
Pi4 + radio dongle’s (like Zwave sticks) = Always use USB extension cable. It almost never works, when the stick is inserted directly in to the Pi due to interference on the USB ports.
