Simplest device to measure a Sensus 620 water meter and integrate with HA

What would you consider to be the best ánd simplest sensor device to measure water usage off a Sensus 620 water meter.
Ideally I am looking for:
a) a device that directly connects to my network, preferable wired or alternatively over WiFi and
b) that integrates into HA with just one Integration, hence with minimal configuration effort.

I have found this: Keep track of your water consumption with our Watermeter - HomeWizard.
But maybe someone has seen ‘better’ alternatives?
