Hello, I am trying to setup the Simplisafe integration for the first time, I am in the UK.
I have 2FA enabled on Simplisafe. I have the premium pro plan.
Everytime I put the auth code in the box it comes up with initializing then it says
Failed setup, will retry: 403, message=‘Forbidden’, url='https://api.simplisafe.com/v1/ss3/subscriptions/(Number Here)/settings/normal?forceUpdate=false
I’m just wondering what it could be or if there is anyway to fix this.
