I’m using DomBusTracker2 to control the two motors of the solar tracker. It has wind protection, night and morning configurable positions, and can be monitored and controlled easily from the HA dashboard by using the available add-on or DomBusGateway (a MQTT bridge to communicate with the module).

A nice feature is the tracking by using a light sensor, so when it’s cloudy, panels are oriented to the sky to increase the produced power.
Also, as other trackers do, it produces a constant high power from sunrise to sunset, much more than a equivalent fixed installation.
