Siri shortcut - Conversation agent or?

Hi,

I’m trying to figure out, how the commands is processed when using the Assist trough Siri shortcut.

It apparently doesn’t respond to the same commands as if I use the assist from inside the app?

Neither does it respond to my custom intents?

Is it me doing something, or is the Siri command’s processed through its own ‘assist’ in the app?

Siri can control devices you have exposed through HomeKit or Apple Shortcuts that use HA commands from the Companion App. It’s a different econsystem.
